Find your receipt for accounting

We send receipts by email to the designated contact person, but you can always access them directly in Runwell. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Billing.

2. Click Receipts, then select the receipt you need.

3. You’ll be redirected to our payment provider, Stripe, where you can view and download both the invoice and the receipt.

4. If there’s anything incorrect with the receipt, please contact our support team or email us at [email protected].

Change who receives receipts

You can easily update who receives receipts by going to Payment details.

At the bottom of the page, select the billing contact.
