Add a Payment Card

After your trial period, access will be restricted unless you add a card.

You’ll need Workspace Owner access to complete this guide.

Go to Billing.

Navigate to Payment Details. This information will appear on your receipts. Here, you can also add a billing contact.

If you’d like receipts sent directly to your accounting department, enter their email address as the billing contact.

You add your payment card in the same menu. We currently only accept card payments. If you’d like to use an alternative payment method, please contact our partners at Cardboard. To remove your card, press the dot-menu located on the right side.

Go to Plans. Choose whether to pay monthly or annually, and select Basic, Standard, or Pro. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Learn more about our plans here.
