Administrator access is required and this must be done on desktop. Check that the procedure lists the third parties you work with; if not, click Add supplier and select the relevant category. We recommend adding your occupational health service and other external providers such as pest control. Use Assign to choose a supplier—existing companies will be suggested, or click Add a new company. Fill in at least the company name (more details are recommended). On the next page upload your agreement with the supplier—this is particularly important for your occupational health service—and on the last page upload any reports (e.g., annual fire panel checks). If you don’t have all information yet, you can skip steps; the supplier will appear as incomplete so you remember to finish later.
