Create a Key Role

Set up a new key role to link responsibilities, tasks and training.

Key roles range from union representatives to department leaders, and they link courses, tasks, procedures and deviations so each person has the required training and clear areas of responsibility. Runwell will let you know when it’s time to replace a key role.

To create a key role, go to Team > Key roles and press Add key role. You’ll see predefined roles based on your location type. If you need additional roles, contact customer service and they’ll set them up for you. Once the role is created, you can assign tasks and procedures to it to ensure continuity when personnel change.
