Key roles are essential in every organisation, from union representatives to safety delegates and department heads. In Runwell, courses, tasks, procedures and deviations are linked to these roles, ensuring each person receives the training they need and their responsibilities are clear. Runwell will also notify you when it’s time to replace a key role so transitions are smooth.
To assign a key role, go to Team and choose Key roles. Select the role and assign it to an employee. Remember: the employee must have logged in and registered before you can assign them a key role.
To create a new key role, go to Team > Key roles and click Add key role. There are predefined roles based on your location type, and you can edit existing ones by clicking the three dots next to the role. If you need additional roles beyond the predefined ones, contact customer service for assistance.
