Assign Key Roles in Procedures

Assign key roles within a procedure for complete control.

You need administrator access, and this must be done on a computer. First check that the procedure contains the key roles you need. If not, click Add key role. Then click Assign to select a person; they must have accepted their invitation to appear in the list. If you can’t find yourself, make sure you’re added to the location. When assigning, you can edit the role: change its title, emoji, description and specify requirements for choosing the right person. You can also upgrade the access level—for example, a chef given the role of kitchen manager will gain admin rights. On the final page you can add training and documents the role must complete or upload; they will be notified when they receive the role.
