Assign Courses to a Job Title

Assign courses or documentation to all staff with the same job title.

Administrator access is required. Go to Settings > Location settings > Job titles and click the position you want to add training to.

You can choose between adding a course or documentation.

Courses are courses taken in Runwell; documentation refers to external certificates the employee must upload.

Select the courses or documents and click outside the module to save.

To remove a course, click it again; you can add more later using the + icon.
