You’ll need Admin access to complete this guide.
In an information channel, only administrators can post messages; everyone else can read them. To create one, go to Chat > New chat > Information channel, choose a name and emoji, and then add the members. Super administrators can add the entire organisation; administrators can add the locations they manage.
You can give other people admin rights. Open the chat, select the dot menu and choose View members, find the person and click Set as chat administrator.
If you want to see who has reacted or read a message, click on the emoji reactions or faces next to the message. A list shows who has reacted and who hasn’t. Click the faces to see who has read and not read the message.
