Feedback is one of the most valued and frequently used features in Runwell. Encourage your employees to report deviations and issues. They do this by clicking the + symbol in the top‑right corner and choosing Give feedback. Make sure everyone reports faults and deficiencies so you get a full overview. You can change the status of feedback to track progress. When staff know how to use feedback, they also know what to do when something goes wrong.
To handle feedback, press Feedback in the menu. You can chat with the person who sent it or turn the feedback into a task and delegate it to someone responsible. Once the task has been completed, change the status to Handled. Processed feedback is archived; you’ll find it by clicking the Archive button in the upper right.
You can also convert a feedback directly into a task. This breakthrough feature lets employees report faults via feedback, and everything that needs your attention will be collected in the feedback module. Go in, monitor the status, and turn the feedback into a task that you delegate to the person responsible for fixing it. To do this:
Click Actions in the horizontal menu in a feedback.
Click + to create a new task. The task will appear in the responsible person’s task list.
