In Runwell, deviations are called feedback.
Click Organisation settings > Category > Feedback to create pre‑filled feedback.
You can tidy up the existing categories. To remove one, press the dot menu > Remove. If you want to prioritise them, add numbers at the start of the title.
The form fields explained:
• Title and emoji: Use a number first if you want them in priority order.
• Personal category: A personal category will be handled with care and the submitter can edit or delete it at any time. Typically used for whistleblower or personal categories.
• Option to send feedback anonymously.
• Pre‑filled title: Pre‑fill the title of the feedback, e.g. “Name:” or “Room:”.
• Pre‑filled description: Pre‑fill the description with short instructions or important control questions.
• Recipients: Choose whether it should be open and available to everyone or only to you and the people you select. Also choose who should receive and handle the feedback.
If you run both a hotel and a restaurant there may be different categories for different locations. Choose which types of locations should receive the deviations. You can adjust the location type under location settings if they’re not correct from the start.
Last but not least, you can create subcategories. These will have the same pre‑filled fields as the main categories but can help with better filtering afterwards.
