Add a New Employee

This explains how to invite one or more employees to Runwell.

You’ll need Admin access to complete this guide.

Press the + button and choose Add new employee. Enter the email address, first and last name, the location where they will work and their job title. The employee will receive an email invitation that guides them through onboarding.

To add several employees at once, download the .csv template. Open it in Excel, fill in each person’s details, then save the file as a .csv (use semicolons between fields). Upload the file to Runwell and everyone will receive an invitation by email.
