You’ll need Admin access to complete this guide.
Press the + button in the top right corner and select Add new employee.
Enter the email address, first name and surname, the location where they will work and their job title. The employee will receive an email that leads them through onboarding (check the spam folder if they have not received it).
Add Several at Once
You can download a .csv file. Open it with Excel and fill it out. Remember to save it as a .csv file when you’re done. Upload the file to Runwell and all employees will receive an invitation by email. If you can’t upload the file, check that it uses semicolons ( ; ) between the entries.
See if Employees Have Accepted the Invitation
Go to the employee overview in the location menu to see the status of those you’ve invited. Here you can remove them and resend the invitation.
Invitations expire after 8 days, so you must re‑invite them via the dot menu.
