To create a task, start in the Tasks menu. You’ll see a list of completed and pending tasks and what remains to be done. Use the horizontal menu to filter by job title if needed. Press Add new task and choose between a group task with sub‑tasks or a number task. Decide which staff group should complete the task and set when and how often it should be done.
In the Advanced section you can assign a person responsible for follow‑up or link the task to a procedure. The person you add will receive notifications if the answers don’t match the correct option you set. If you’re creating a routine (such as a fire round), link each sub‑task to the right procedure so the routine is documented.
To edit an existing task, click the three dots to its right and select Edit. If you find an error while completing a task, use the Report as feedback button to log a deviation.
