You’ll need Admin access to complete this guide.
There are several ways to add a sub‑task within a group:
Duplicate a similar task: If the new task is almost the same as a previous one, it’s quickest to duplicate it. Duplicating keeps all links to procedures, groups and other settings. To duplicate an entire group of tasks, open the group’s dot menu and choose Duplicate. The new task will be named “Copy of …”. Open the dot menu > Edit to adjust it.
Create a brand‑new task: To start from scratch, find the task group you want to add a sub‑task to, then click the dot menu > Add sub‑task. If you create a new task outside a group, you can also assign it to the correct group under Advanced.
Move an existing task into a group: If you already have a task you want to put in a group, select Move task to group from the dot menu, or move it under Advanced when editing the task.
