Administrator access is required; you can’t edit procedures on mobile, but you can adjust tasks in My tasks and link them to a procedure. First check that the procedure contains all the tasks you want. If not, click Add task. Hover over the date in the task list to see how often it repeats. To modify or remove a task, click Edit via the dot menu. Use Duplicate to copy a task—for example if you have more freezers than listed—and rename it as needed.
If a freezer or cooler is out of service, you can temporarily disable its task by toggling it off. If you want to keep a task but remove it from this procedure, click Edit > Advanced and remove the procedure from Link to. The task remains in your system but is no longer part of the procedure.
