Procedures

Use procedures to link courses, tasks, documents and rules in a single workflow.

Procedures live in the Internal Control module. You can add a new procedure by clicking Add procedure and choosing a template or creating your own. Clicking a procedure gives you a preview; select View full procedure to see all details. The horizontal menu shows which modules the procedure contains; go through them and make sure courses are assigned and mandatory documents uploaded. In the Tasks tab you can create, edit and activate or deactivate associated tasks.

Modules include:

  • Courses and documentation: Use the Add buttons to link courses and documents. Activate them using the toggle. Use the dot menu to edit a course or document, mark it as mandatory and assign it to staff.

  • Key documents: Add and activate documents for the procedure.

  • Tasks: Create and manage tasks directly in the procedure so they are tied to it, making it easy to document routines for authorities.

  • Laws & Regulations: Add laws or rules you need. Runwell links to national laws; you must upload local regulations yourself.
