For example, begin with food safety, alcohol compliance, and communication, then expand to fire safety, HSE, and more incident reporting.
If you’ve gone through our full Getting Started guide, you should now have some routine tasks and documents set up in the system. Employees will have a few courses to complete and chats they can use for communication.
Here comes the critical point: the manager must be the driving force. If the manager gives up, the employees won’t care either.
That’s why we offer Train the Trainer sessions, where we provide dedicated training for managers.
